Villa Platanaki Kerveli – Samos.

In a Tranquil Green full environment, on a hills slope overlooking the Aegean Sea and the cost line of Minor Asia lays the Villa Platanaki.

A complex of Holiday apartments fully furnished in style. The area is called Kerveli, one of the loveliest and most sheltered bays on Samos Island with calm and inviting crystal clear waters. It's conveniently located just 3 kilometres from the nearest village (Paleokastron) and 7 kilometres from the islands capital Samos Town.

The villas are surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees they have their own beach with turquoise coloured sea, complimentary sun beds & umbrellas, and a beach bar. All the above offers to the guests the perfect location to refresh their senses and experience a relaxed holiday.

One of the buildings consists of 3 independent apartments of 55 square meters each and other two of 65 square meters which has two bedrooms. Each has one bedroom with bathroom, modern and fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, air condition, big balconies and verandas with Sea view and Mountain View, an exclusive parking place for each house.

Each apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children who can sleep in the living room as the sofas are transformed into two comfortable beds.

The other building has a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, air condition and a large veranda with Sea View and Mountain View! Also suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Each week is flexible The villa has one double bed and a sofa which can be transformed to bed. The prices are fully inclusive. The sheets and the towels are included. There is not a tv, the idea of the villa is the independency and the nature.

Air Condition, Satellite colour TV, hair dryer, Iron, Bathrobes, Beach Towels, Coffee Machine, Internet

Warm welcoming with wine and fruit in the fridge, as well as home made cake and coffee.

Breakfast is served upon request!

Daily transfer to Samos Town is possible after agreement with the owner!
